+ Ageless Style Linkup
It’s time for the March edition of our Ageless Style Linkup and if you like green, you’re in luck. 😉 See what I did right there? I’ve seen a bunch of really lovely shades of green popping up in spring fashion, but I’m going to talking about a less spring-like green hue that’s still right on trend for spring 2019. Whether you call it olive or moss or fatigue or bay leaf, this earth-toned green is one of my favorites; maybe because olive green the basis of camo and that’s a pattern close to my heart.
Ageless Style Linkup
The Ageless Style sisters are a group of 9 bloggers and one guest blogger, all over the age of 40. On the first Tuesday of each month, we style an outfit based on a fashion theme, chosen by one of us. We’re proving that style has no age limit and even though we style one theme, style is as unique as the woman wearing it.
This month, Jonet of Fabulously Chic Over 50 chose our green theme. And we are so excited to welcome the beautiful Eugenia of The Age of Grace as our guest host. Eugenia is a fellow olive green lover (see her photo below) and original member of The Fierce 50 campaign. This generous, vibrant and kind woman, blogs about all things style, travel, and healthy lifestyle.

The Color of Money or Just Olive Green
The military trend never seems to go all the way out of style and olive green is no exception. I honestly think of olive as a neutral. It looks great with lots of other colors, including black, red, pink and teal. Olive can be dressed up or down and is both masculine and feminine at the same time.
Don’t just think of olive green for pants or jackets; although a fatigue green utility jacket is a wardrobe workhorse. A pretty olive floral dress is a fun take on this earth tone. In a month or so, you’ll find this green Becca swimsuit (same color swimsuit in misses) this fun (and generously sized) palm print kimono packed away in my suitcase for a much needed getaway.
I’ve linked lots of other olive green pieces I have my eye on for your shopping pleasure.

So, what do you think; do you already have a closet full of this trendy spring color like I do? Or will you be dipping your toe into this olive green trend, which is anything but drab in my book?
Be cute, confident and cozy

Yes to Olive and you wear it so very well. That sweater looks so comfy & chic. Enjoy!
Paula, I love the winter white sweater with your camo pants. Such a beautiful neutral look. I need to get cream sweater. You always look so cute!!! XOXO
Paula, your cool look has inspired me to join the Camo trend! The white pants really make that jacket pop. Btw, I love the way your natural grays are coming in, really pretty, my friend.
XoXo, Jonet
I know I said this on The Gram, but I really like the olive and camo combination. It’s just such a feminine look. And thank you for wearing those shoes because I have a pair and I wasn’t sure what to wear with them, they’re cute with those pants.
I love camo and olive green. Love those shoes you are sporting also.
